Double-strength glass is standard — 33 percent thicker than the single strength glass normally used by the industry. - Available either mechanically fastened with 7/8" insulated glass or fusion-welded with 1" insulated glass.
- Fin seal wool pile weather stripping around entire sash perimeter for wind infiltration performance.
- Double-walled contour exterior for brick-mold profile and flush-mount screen.
- Upper sash pockets into header

STRONG ENOUGH FOR COMMERCIAL APPLICATIONS!
The Revere welded Advantage® double hung window has been certified for commercial applications up to a DP=60 (design pressure) rating (AAMA Grade H-LC60). In laboratory tests simulating hurricane-velocity winds and water, the Advantage welded double hung withstood winds up to 187 mph and water pressure of 5 gallons of water per square foot per hour at 54 mph.
